My Rainbow-Dreams would like to introduce you to a new member of the team!
Meet Evie – our sourdough starter. She has been with us for a couple of months now getting use to the Café environment and is now in full swing, inspiring and producing scrumptious sourdough bread that we offer with our soup and breakfasts. Evie’s name is of Hebrew origin – meaning “life”, the spiritual significance of bread.
It’s been a great joy getting to know what makes Evie tick and how to keep her happy and creative. She’s an exciting addition to the team and we hope you enjoy our freshly baked house-made bread next time you eat in or place an online order :-)
